Teen Cubs Yoga
13 - 17 year olds
This age group benefit immensely from learning yoga and meditation, they are dealing with a lot of physical, mental, and emotional changes and are often also dealing with a lot of internal chaos, which yoga and mediation can help calm. Yoga serves as a release for teenagers, a place of peace from chaos and can teach valuable skills to deal with stress they will face. Many children this age group are also becoming interested in fitness and may use yoga as a vehicle to achieve physical goals. This class will resemble an adult’s class incorporating relaxation and breathing techniques.
Season/weather dependent these classes can be held outside.
