Big Cubs Yoga
11-14 year olds
In this age - my class will resemble more of an adult than a kid’s class, however still with elements of kid’s yoga in here too. At this age our cubs start to use yoga as a therapy or tool to deal with things they find difficult in life, such as anxiety, managing difficult emotions and even to help treat illnesses. Children who play different sports will enjoy yoga to gain more flexibility and strength. We introduce yoga sequencing, games, breathing exercises and tips for yoga at home.
Big Cubs After School Yoga - Mondays:

11 - 14 years
3:15pm - 4:15pm.
$10 per child.
